Cancellation Policy - the basics

We appreciate your time and thank you for choosing our service, we are reserving this time for you. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and therapists, if unable to make your appointment we respectfully ask you to provide with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. In unable to give us the 24 hours notice, we will charge a 30% fee automatic on your credit card. For missing appointments and no shows with no contact, we will also charge a 30% fee. If arriving late please contact us in order to alert your therapist. Please be advised arriving late may shorten your service in order to accomodate others after your. However, we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
